The jumbo is definitely thicker and has more body. Good for really chunky pieces. 9mm is still substantial but a bit more flexible.

Big difference! Jumbo is like, THICK. If you want a really dramatic, fast-to-work-up project, go jumbo. Otherwise, 9mm is great for detail and still feels beefy.
